For La Lucarne (Arte), Vincent Dieutre explores Bonne-Nouvelle, his warm and lively Parisian district. The observation via static shots of corners and nooks serves as a visual background to stories of flirting and drugs, fictional parables told by three voices with Eva Truffaut and Bojena Horackova, transforming the city into an endless source of docu-tales.
