{"id":241021,"date":"2024-05-08T12:13:34","date_gmt":"2024-05-08T10:13:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.visionsdureel.ch\/?p=241021"},"modified":"2024-05-08T12:20:18","modified_gmt":"2024-05-08T10:20:18","slug":"nominees-doc-alliance-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/2026.visionsdureel.ch\/en\/nominees-doc-alliance-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Doc Alliance\u00a0Awards: the 2024 Nominees are out!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The 16 films competing for this year&#8217;s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.docalliance.org\/award\/2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doc Alliance Award<\/a>&nbsp;are out! 8 feature-length and 8 short films are chosen by the 8 film festivals, from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.docalliance.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doc Alliance<\/a>&nbsp;as well as this year\u2019s guest festival.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Doc Alliance Award is endowed with 5,000 EUR (Best Feature) and 3,000 EUR (Best Short).&nbsp;The winners will be presented at the award ceremony of this year\u2019s guest festival&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docudays.ua\/eng\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Docudays UA<\/a>&nbsp;International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in Kyiv (31 May &#8211; 9 June 2024). The Doc Alliance network (<a href=\"https:\/\/cphdox.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CPH:DOX<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/doclisboa.org\/2023\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doclisboa<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dok-leipzig.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DOK Leipzig<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fidmarseille.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FIDMarseille<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ji-hlava.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ji.hlava IDFF<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/mdag.pl\/21\/en\/warszawa\/homepage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Millennium Docs Against Gravity FF<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/2026.visionsdureel.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Visions du R\u00e9el<\/a>) supports emerging talents in European documentary landscape.&nbsp;Congratulations to all film teams involved!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doc Alliance will celebrate the nominees on 21 May during the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marchedufilm.com\/programs\/cannes-docs\/doc-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Doc Day<\/a>&nbsp;at March\u00e9 du Film in Cannes, where representatives of all member festivals will also be available to meet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
